The design of product adapts all technical regulations stipulated in JB/T9095.1-1999. It feature that gear and parts of half are made from high strength alloy steel. The gear is made through various processing technologies such as carburizing, quenching, teeth grinding. etc. The accuracy of gear is the grade of GB10095-88.6. The hardness of teeth surface reaches HRC54-62. At the front end of hollow output shaft, it is equipped with supper thrust bearing th withstand the working recoil. The main standard parts, such as bearing, iol seal etc, adapt domostic qualified products. It festures compact, high understood capacity, stable transmission, low noise, high effiency, etc. The property of products reachd international advanced level and can replace the same imported products.
